Terms and conditions

• Container delivery includes shipping and transportation to customers stated address.
• Pallet delivery we charge the inland transportation cost.
• The price includes packing but does not include tax.
• Please note that we reserve the right to price changes.
• Payment for Container delivery:  Invoice is to be paid in full within 30 days after customer receives container. Late payment charges apply for payments made after the 30 days.
  
• Payment for pallet delivery: Invoice is to be paid in full within 16 days after receiving  the goods. Late payment charges apply for payments made after the 16 days.
  Credit only available for eligible customers
• Claims should be made in writing and sent to Nova Solo by e-mail or fax together with photos of the damage. Claims will be considered only before goods are taken into use and latest 10 days after arrival at customers stated address.
