At NovaSolo, we offer a complete collection of furniture in French country style for the whole home. We do everything we can to create a cozy feeling from the moment you visit our store, to when our furniture arrives safely in your home.
Personal customer service - We offer personal customer service where you will be in contact with our highly qualified NovaSolo representative throughout the process.
Craftsmanship & quality guarantee - All furniture is machine produced and finished by hand. We guarantee that our products are free of defects in workmanship under our 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Minimal to No Assembly Required - With the exception of our beds, tables and hutch units, all NovaSolo products are delivered fully assembled and ready for use.
NovaSolo’s products are designed in Aalborg, Denmark and manufactured at our production facility on the island of Java, Indonesia.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at customerservice@novasolo.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Most deliveries will occur within 5-10 business days once the goods have been picked up by the carrier. For more details on shipping times and options, please see our full shipping policy.
Unfortunately, we usually cannot modify orders once processing has started. However, if you’d like to order a larger quantity or add another product, you can contact us at customerservice@novasolo.com before placing a new order online.
At Novasolo, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible. As such, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. We will try to meet your request, and if we are able to cancel the order, your payment will be refunded according to our refund policy. To request a cancellation please email customerservice@novasolo.com.
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned in line with our return policy. In this case, return shipping costs will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@novasolo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In order for Novasolo to provide free delivery and competitive prices, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, as well as the size, weight, and method of return for the item. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at customerservice@novasolo.com so we can help.
Before signing the delivery receipt (POD), inspect the packaging and the item. Note any damage on the POD and reach out to us right away.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Late claims may not be approved.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
